Shreve, Crump & Low is one of the most prestigious jewelry stores in the world. Of course, you would have never known it from their sadly jumbled attempts at advertising. It occurred to art director, John Doyle, and I that the flagship store in Boston was riddled with stories. Was it ever.       I did the tagline, "Two floors. And who knows how many stories", as well as the first wave of print ads, which were soon followed by the amazingly brilliant Kara Goodrich and, later, Dylan Lee,    whose work I'm featuring here. One hell of an art director, three different writers and the work     never skipped a beat.
